1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Time & Gold by Dlux website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Selling Gold & Precious Items

When selling items to Time & Gold by Dlux:

• Identification: You must provide valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's License or Passport) as required by the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Act 1996.
• Ownership: You warrant that you are the legal owner of any goods you wish to sell and that they are free from any encumbrances or third-party claims.
• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to sell items to us.

3. Pricing & Valuation

Prices displayed on our website are indicative based on live market spot prices and are subject to change without notice. The final offer price is determined after a physical inspection of your items at our Parramatta office. We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any item at our discretion.

4. Payments

Payments for items purchased are made via Cash or Bank Transfer (EFT/Osko). Cash payments are subject to legal limits and availability. Bank transfers are processed immediately but may take time to clear depending on your financial institution.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Time & Gold by Dlux and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Time & Gold by Dlux, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
